Translated into most European languages, the adventures of King Arthur have also inspired artists. The exhibition presents beautiful mediaeval works on the subject of this legend: manuscripts, gold and silverware...and emphasises the rediscovery of the legend from the 19th century by artistic fields as diverse as literature, painting, opera, cinema and video games.
