FONDATION HENRI CARTIER-BRESSON - 25 March to 26 July 2009
Jim Goldberg was awarded the HCB Prize in 2007 for his project "The NEw Europeans, a photographic essay on migration flows in Europe. The artist has been a member of Magnum photos since 2006. He was put forward as a candidate by the Henri-Cartier-Bresson Foundation, this €30,000 indivisible prize is a creative catalyst and aims at allowing a photographer to carry through a project wich would have been impossible without it.
